Issue with sign reversal on E1 Financial Row Report

I have created a custom financial row report using FINRPTPA as one of the columns.  When I set this column to the BA ledger type some of the numbers are fine and some are incorrect, meaning that the signs are not reversed.  The specific rows have the Reverse Sign property checked.  I have another column exactly the same that uses the AA ledger and it is totally correct.  I have attached a screenshot of the output with additional comments.

When I look at UTB in the F0902 the data is as it shows on the report but signs should be reversed.
