Tax On Sale Order

hi there,

anyone have idea how to calculate tax before or after discount on sale order.lets say i have a product with price of 100 so after applying Discount it would be 90.tax(10%)= 9 and total is 99.

on the other hand,where tax will apply on before discount. 100 Price, Tax(17%)=17,discounted 10%=90 so total is 90 + 17=107.

Anyone know to cover above scenario.
