How do i exclude one big table with LOB segments worth of 400G from my daily FULL expdp job?

Hi,

Due to some reason we have a big trash can in our database which the application team is working with their vendor to throw it away. Until then I want to exclude that giant table which has LOB segment and size of 400 GB, from my daily data pump export backup ( full backup). Let me know how to do that? I dont know how to specify schema name in the EXCLUDE option of my FULL backup
