HFM: Error Creating session of the application

Hello All,

we are using EPM 11.1.2.4,

we have installed HFM in cluster(2 server).

if we try to open HFM application, we are frequebtly getting error as :EPMHFM-66031:An Error occured creating session of the applicaion:<Application name>.

can anybody suggest reason and solution for the issue.
