When click on View Output for concurrent program error message APP-FND-00418: output file not avai

I submitted concurrent program "Transaction Register" and this program fires another concurrent program "RX-only: Transaction Register" which gets completed normal but clicking on view output button we are facing error message. Normally if output file is not generated then we receive message "The concurrent request REQUEST_ID did not create any output file." but in this case we are seeing error message.
