YTD data is picking up as Periodic

hi All,

Good evening...!

one of our user is submitting budget data using set function in Smart view in YTD mode. however, when he submits data, system picking up as Periodic values for first period and rest are picking correctly and calculation YTD value.

ex: if he submits data for nov and dec 15, it is picking Nov  YTD value as Periodic and Dec as YTD.

above is Scenario dimension setting what we have. this is only for P&L accounts. also i have tried replicating in Dev,  it is working fine there.

Kindly help on this.
