Customer sets and EDI

How do you configure customer sets to work with EDI in JD Edwards?

We have implemented customer sets that allow us to charge the correct taxes based on combinations of ShipTo-SoldTo. However, this only works with manual order entry. When using EDI to enter orders, the customer sets rules do not seem to be applied.

A typical EDI import will follow the following path in our configuration:

  1. R5547IND
  2. R47002C
  3. R5547041
  4. R5547011
  5. P4210

We use JD Edwards 9.0 with tools release 9.1.3.
