Get SIEBEL Schema differences between Siebel 8.0 Database and Siebel IP 15 Database

Hi,

We are planning to implement a daily delta data load from current production schema (8.0 Version - 8.0.0.0.13) to new production schema (15.0 Version - 15.0.0.0.0).

Oracle database is Oracle 11g.

There are a couple of questions here:

1. Is there a way to find the SIEBEL schema differences between the Siebel 8.0 DB and Siebel IP 15 DB.

2. How can the daily delta load be implemented between these two schemas
