ACA - ? regarding ee offer and coverage setup

Currently we have a plan called DMPEE+1 this is offered to employee with one dependent (1C = MEC-EMployee + Dep, not spouse) or employee with a spouse (1D = MED-Employee + Spouse, Not Dep).  In setting up codes in P08117, I only can setup 1C or 1D but not both.  I am getting a duplicate error message.  How can I fix this?  Please advise.  Thanks!
