In Siebel open UI how to restrict report output type by report

Hi

We are upgrading Siebel from 8.1.1.5 to IP 15. We have noticed that the data extracts and BIP reports can be seen in PDF or excel or ppt. Any selection is possible by users.Refer screenshot below.

What we want is depending upon the report , the output type should be restricted for example all the Invoices should be printed only in PDF. The monthly transaction summary  should have EXCEL as only option .

Please let me know if there is any way to achieve this .
