Service contract Issue

Hello,

Can i change accounting rule and invoicing rule for approved service contract after generate one invoice?

Let's assume the following scenario:

Contract Value = 12000 USD

Duration = 1 year

Accounting rule and invoicing rule are the following : Quarterly and in advance.

two invoices have been generated successfully. for third and fourth invoice i want to change the accounting rule and invoicing rule.

is that applicable ???
