12.1.01 to 12.1.0.2 upgrade process

Hi,

Just wanted to get the communities thoughts/ideas on the best approach to upgrade a production RAC system from 12.1.0.1 to 12.1.0.2 with minimal downtime and, ideally, without having to flip to a standby.

I've run the process a number of times in a lab build, but the production is a bit more complex/risky - plus it's on Windows OS.
