R12 How to change the VAT account once we finish the Payment

Hello Gurus

I have the following business requirement to change the VAT Account at the time of Payment, hence I was wondering if I can solve it either EBTAX(Functionality of interim tax account) or SLA.

AP Invoice

Dr VAT $16

Dr Expense $100

Cr Liability $116

AP Payment

Dr Liability $116

Cr Banks $116

Once I finished the payment I need to change the VAT Account number.

Please Advise
