ATP Hook Help for MSC_ATP_CUSTOM.Custom_Post_ATP_API

We have a requirement to change the Schedule Ship Date on sales order line for Pick/Pack and oracle recommended the ATP hook through Doc ID 250522.1. We tried using it but we are not able to get the data updated on Sales Order lines. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
