How is unit cost calculated under WIP transaction Distributions?

Hi,

I have part A with unit overhead cost of $2.83.  For WIP completion transaction, unit cost 2.83.  For WIP Assembly scrap transaction, unit cost is shown as 467.52.

I am wondering how this cost is so different for Scrap compared to WIP completion transaction.  This is driving my scrap costs so high.

Is there a different formula for unit overhead cost when scrapped?

Can you please shed some light for me?
