How to use EBS Certified configuration 12.2.4 for installation

Hello, I am trying to install a sample environment for educational purposes using the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.4 Certified Configuration on a fresh Oracle Linux 7 machine. Unfortunately there is no documentation whatsoever included in the 18 files provided for download and It would also appear that the vision database files are missing as the only database files located in the oradata directory are those for the production database.

Q1: Where can I find documentation for using this package to create a fresh install of EBS?

Q2: Where can I acquire the necessary files in order to use the vision database?
