Email Functionality in ARM

Hi,

We are currently  implementing ARM (Version 11.1.2.3.700). ARM is fully configured and the data loads have been working successfully. ARM is not sending the email notifications (Status Change Emails, Due Date Reminders, Delinquency) to preparers and reviewers. We have followed the steps mentioned in Oracle Document ID 1603616.1 for email configuration (attached to post). We are testing this functionality for a historical period (OCT_2015). Are there additional configuration steps for Email Notification setup?  Are there any other steps outside of configuration that should be considered?
