OPM Quality - Quality testing of Material Received for processing against a batch

We are using OPM for manufacturing purposes. For quality testing, we have the following scenario:

We have a raw material (item-A) that can be packed in different sizes of bottles (Say for example, item-B, item-C, item-D). We are creating separate batches for each of item-B, item-C and item-D. The ingredient for each of the batch is item-A.

The item-A is separately issued for consumption in each batch. Before the item-A is consumed, the quality tests are performed and the results are recorded.

Can you please guide us how to tackle this scenario? We want to create single specifications for ingredient quality testing that can be used with the recipe for all batches. We also want that the quality testing sample to be created automatically when the batch is released.
