Auto invoice is generated with few lines some interface lines are held at ra_interface_lines_all

Hi Expertees,

In my sales order we have 3 lines and all are interfaced, but after ran the Auto invoice master program invoice got created with 2 lines and one line held at interface.

When I run it again it is error our and the message showing is "Duplicate invoice number".

Can you please let me know the reason why one line got held and how to restrict this issue for future occurrence.
