Oracle Developer 4.5/6, Forms10 services and Fusion Middleware - about licensing ?

Hello,

We migrated some of our applications in 2009 to Forms10g and now moving to Forms11 (Fusion Middleware). My question is about licensing.

As we are paying a license for the Database and Middleware I assume Forms and Reports Builder are by default covered by the license for the Middleware?

I just want to confirm.

I am also curious about a license we had to pay separately for Forms Developer 1.6 (we decommissioned our Forms4.5 application about 2 years ago).

We did not get any renewal notice, can I safely assume I no longer need a license for that product?

I could understand we had to pay for the old Forms Developer 1.6 as long as we were still developing and using the runtime on the servers. Would that be a correct assumption?
