0 forecast for historical weeks when sales_data has no sales

Hi,

We are using Demand management module.

As per setting, 26 weeks of historical forecast are being calculated in our system.

For weeks with 0 sales in sales_data,  the forecast calculated is 0 after the system was upgraded from 711 to 7315. These weeks had values earlier in 711 version.

Is there any parameter setting introduce in 731 version. Please advice.
