Order Milestone Notification

Hi,

I want to configure order milestone notification for orders placed from one particular source channel. Currently we have only SOM cartridge and it handles orders from all source channel. As per business requirement only one source channel required to notify about OSM order status. But I don't see any rule which can be configured in milestone notification in order level. Please help me how to do this.
