Does IRM needed for upgrading 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11

Hi,

This is just to confirm the below information from 1623495.2

We are upgrading from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11 to fix the  product bug 17928756...  In this case after upgrading to 8.1.1.11 .. We need to perform IRM as per the below table. Can you please confirm?

8.1.1.x to 8.1.1.11

8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11

8.2.2.x to 8.2.2.4

IRM is required and only applies minor repository changes provided between 8.1.1.10 and 8.1.1.11.
