E1 And multiple Timezone

We have a JDE platform for users in different Timezone. For exemple Users india and australia.

How to manage the different timezone for this users?

I can't find documentation about that on Oracle support.

For exemple the user can see Job on his timezone, or when he run an invoice in tuesday for australia, the invoice must be on tuesday date not on GMT date Monday.

How do you manage that, and have you set up documentation?
