Vinimaya Setup - No Active Marketplace Found

Recently configured our PS 9.2 demo environment with connectivity to Vinimaya marketplace. I believe we have set everything to active per instructions, but when we attempt to create a Requisition we are prompted with the following message - No active marketplace found. Only internal catalog items will be returned (18036,13033).
