Unable to access Counters and SR details via IB
Hi Team,
Not sure if there is any relation between the errors I am facing or both errors are inter related i.e. if one resolve another also. Although I have attached my issue however would like to update you that I tried access "define counter" via Service responsibility but there also I am facing the same error.
This is the first point to start with the counters already gone through various notes but failing on the fist point ins not allowing me to go ahead.
Please assist.
