We are using weblogic 12.2.1 the latest version,  we tried to replicate the domains across the dev servers to create clusters.

For that we used the "pack" command to create domain jar file, then tried to use the "unpack" command to extract the jar.  But while running the unpack command, came across this error.

CFGFWK-60550: Encountessword" is not set for userCFGFWK-60550: Encountessword" is not set for userred error: "Attribute "Password" is not set for user red error: "Attribute "Password" is not set for user "..."

Error is logged to "null".
