On the dashboard, how do you find the escalation status of a SR?

We cannot find this and have to lookup each SR individually.

Can a column be added to the dashboard showing the escalation status?  We would also like to export this column for management reports.   Right now we have to lookup each SR individually.

Does anyone else have this need?
