Hi Team,

Recently we have taken the items via IB into SR level. However when I punched the S/N in SR form 2 transactions populates one for the owner and second for the SOLD_TO with same instance number I can you advice if this is the standard behaviour or something got mixed up here? Please  review the attached Transaction history for one of those items C1S4L661F G G115. Although setups are done in the test instance however I am little bit unsure against which row I should create an SR.

I hope shipping  and other required setups done in correct manner.
