Notifications in SIM not working

Hi All.

My SIM Notifications are not working. Some key information in the process:

- ant.install.properties file configured with the smtp details.

- Notifications settings enabled using System Admin functionality

- Messages  being produced and sent to MPS_STAGED_MESSAGES

- MPS_WORKTYPES enabled for Notifications

- Not a single error msg around email sending.

- Messages are still with no error msg either.

Supporting images attached.

Any pointers, please?
