Is Doc ID 435078.1 still pertinent? The patch is unavailable and will they get the ENCACN when upgra

My customer is having the following issue if anyone knows anything about it:

On :  11.5.10.2 version, with OL5 Patch Application Issues

Relink of module "ENCACN" failed 

we are applying patch 3653484, during the patch adrelink failed with below error message :

/usr/lib/gcc/i386-redhat-linux/4.1.2/libstdc++.so: undefined reference to `__stack_chk_fail@GLIBC_2.4'

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

make: *** [/u01/oracle/intappl/eng/11.5.0/bin/ENCACN] Error 1
