Proble and Difference in XMLs

Hi Experts:

I have 2 XMLs from same job the only difference is one of them has an extra field for Path Code

The one with path code does not work.

If I remove this path code line the xml still have a problem and if I move this path code to a good xml and it will work too

Please let me know if you see any problem

Attached are the bip template and xmls
