Manually download additional agents for 12.1.0.5 ??????

I have recently installed 12.1.0.5 for Solaris x86_64 and that is the only agent available. I need to manually download the agents for Solaris 64bit, Linux x86 and x86_64.  The  technetwork "upgrade agents" specifically state they are not for a NEW install.  So, where are they?
