With Security on Attribute group, export all items and bulk NIRs are going into internal server erro

When regional related security is applied to the attribute group, and the same attribute group is being used in display format. Then while downloading the data using display format is completing in internal server error.

Along with that, while processing the NIR's and Change orders for more items in it, notification response is going into internal server error.

Please help me resolve the issue.
