Is it possible to monitor a standalone Java Application in OEM 12c?

I have an COTS product that manages a number of 'clustered JVMs to accomplish some processing tasks. Is it possible to install an agent and have the underlying JVMs report to OEM to help complete a picture of the the overall application? (The majority of the work is being done in a number of applications deployed to a WebLogic Domain including WebLogic JMS servers.)
