How to create new Tax Jurisdiction under VERTEX tax regime

Hello All,

Good Morning! We have requirement to create one new Tax Jurisdiction under VERTEX tax regime, can any one please suggest us on how to create this from oracle application. We are now not using any services from Vertex so we wouldl ike to create new Tax Jurisdiction under VERTEX tax regime. Any help would be really appreciated.
