We are on 12.2.4 and we have an issue where sometimes when we progress the ATO line on the sales order , EXECUTECONCPROGAFAS WF activity completes in Warning and we dont know the reason yet. It sends a notification to the Sysadmin, but unless the SYSADMIN user logs in to the instance, they wont be able to see it

What i want to know is in which table can I find the Workflow Activities , I want to query the workflow event like EXECUTECONCPROGAFAS completing in Warning

Please advise
