Pick Slip Commitment

Hello,

We are running tools and applications 9.1.  We normally hard commit inventory when the pick slip is run (R42520).  I am trying to test something where I do not want the pick slip to commit inventory.  I changed process tab 1 to bypass commitment.  When I run the pick slip the order does not get picked up.  The UBE is basically blank with the exception of report header information.  I don't get any work center messages and I do not get any "no data selected" messages.  If I change the flag back the order processes just fine.

Is there something else that needs to get changed so that the pick slip processes the order without committing the inventory?
