Siebel public sector application crash

Hello,

Siebel public sector is getting crashed more frequently. Reason not known, though I doubt it is due to configured command object whose method invoked is GotoURL.

URL=default.htm, When I checked this default.htm file, there is a function in it which calls ActiveX object WScript.Shell to open a popup window.

Ours is Unix, so I doubt WScript runs with windows only and not with Unix.

Another thought is memory issue.
