Reversal of Journal from Database

Hi Team,

I am new to Accouting process in Oracle apps, need help in understanding Reversal of a journal.

We have a set of void cheques in payables for which we need to reverse journals, could you tell me is there any package on oracle DB to reverse the journal from backend.

Please suggest me the correct group to discuss on this question if General Ledger is not the one.
