Open UI Vanilla Files Getting overriden

I have modified loadindicator.js to set the timeout to 60 seconds. I have placed this file in scripts/siebel folder. After some time, the files are getting replaced with the old vanilla version of the file. Is there a sync process that does this? I am not sure how the file is getting overriden.
