Hello Team,

We habve Inventory transaction details coming into Siebel through External system (Oracle ERP System). The Inventory transaction has a serialized Asset associated with it. The transaction gets created in Siebel Successfully, but while committing (trying to set Commit flag to Y), an error is thrown saying :

Error invoking service 'Inbound E-mail Database Operations', method 'UpdateRecord' at step 'Commit Inventory Transaction'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Asset number "13668601" is not a valid asset from source inventory  "FG||BAILLY".(SBL-SFS-00246)

Source Inventory for the transaction : FG||BAILLY

Destination  Inventory : STA||S.1-3GVDFF4.1-3GVDFF5

Part #: SOL12101*23770336

Asset #: 13668601

We checked the following : FG||BAILLY Inventory has a record in Product Inventory for Part #: SOL12101*23770336 and also the Asset#: 13668601 is associated with the Part#., On hand qty is 1 for Part #: SOL12101*23770336.
