i got same error when install fresh ebs 12.2.0 : RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery man

i got same errorwhen install fresh ebs 12.2.0 : RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed.

the db version is 11.2.0.3

To install new EBS 12.2.5, i must install EBS 12.2.0 with db version 11.2.0.3 first, then upgrade it with EBS 12.2.5 with 11.2.0.4..

ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitted

Unable to startup database

    RW-50010: Error: - script has returned an error:   1

RW-50004: Error code received when running external process.  Check log file for details.

Running Database Install Driver for ORA07 instance
