Track warranties in depot repair

Hi All

Is there any workaround to tackle the warranties of items in depot repair while came for repair? Our client doesn't have module service contract. Moreover depot repair can be use in order to repair the Cars? if is it so then how it can be tackle? Can anyone share experience.
