Objects missing in domain model

On my OC 12.3.3 server I was deleting an unused ldom.  The job usually runs in seconds but was still going after 10 minutes, from the job log I could see it was not progressing.  I stopped the job and the padlock item appeared next to all of the objects on my CDOM.  I restarted the EC and all my assets looked ok. I then received an email from the EC saying

Incident Description:

Some objects may be missing in the Enterprise Controller domain model: 18 objects not registered (96228)



18 is the exact number of cdoms and gdoms on my server, so it is obviously related to the hang which occured when trying to remove the ldom.   My question, is, that even though the assets now look ok, is it worth getting support to check the domain model?
