Create primary DB from Standby

We are on 10204 and lost 80% of the primary database due to bad disks. But we have a standby database for that primary DB. Can you please mention the steps/document that can guide me to recreate primary database from standby database? After the DB creation is done the lost primary will be made primary again and standby will remain standby.
