R43632 and how is the F43632Z suppose to look

I found an ESU (JM14977) for bug 18874983 that sounds like the problem we are having with the R43632 report showing duplicate lines.   After reading this SAR it sounds like the F43632Z worktable should be clear once the report is completed successfully. Is that a correct that the worktable should be empty?   We have over 100,000 records in our table.  I'm assuming if I clear this table that will help fix the problem with inaccurate data on the report and then apply the ESU so that it prevents the problem of data getting stuck in the table in the future.
