facliities expenditure allocation
Our COA structure is company.department.account.future1.future2.
Our company has total 5 different office spaces, our CFO want to distribute the cost of these 5 different office spaces to various departments.
One approach we though of it make future1 as Facility segment and capture the cost at that well. Then distribute the cost based on head count using allocations.
Is there any other best approach instead of using the segment.
