issue with a couple of columns are not displaying through oracle report builder

Am having an issue with a couple of columns are not displaying through oracle report builder, However, when I ran this query in toad I can see the data is getting return.  what I noticed for this two columns width is blank I cannot update the width in the property inspector. Any help on this is appreciated
