Siebel Upgrade from 15.5 to 15.6

Dear Support,

I have implemented Siebel 15.5 patch over 15.0 and also performed the IRM. Later on Implemented 15.6 over 15.5.

Now my doubt is should i again perform the IRM again?

I am facing two issues currently:

  1. I am able to view the Login screen in Google Chrome, But once i login it is showing Blank screen.
  2. The data is missing and also the few views are missing.
  3. In IE or Mozilla, I am able to login and view the application, But it is behaving weirdly for Ex:Once we drill-down to through a Hyper link, the views present internally are missing.

Could you guyz suggest me a solution for the same.
